My background combines more than 15 years supporting litigation and legal operations with hands-on healthcare administration experience. I’ve managed multi-site laboratory operations with a budget exceeding $1 million and more than 40 staff, and supported a legal practice handling over 25 concurrent matters.
My work includes developing procedures, building tracking tools and dashboards, supporting medical malpractice defense, and helping teams adopt legal technology. I served on my firm’s iManage selection team and delivered training to attorneys and staff.
I’m particularly interested in healthcare legal operations, claims and risk support, compliance, and process improvement. I’m currently developing my skills in Relativity and Lean Six Sigma.
